  1. You complete the job or job segment.
  2. You prepare invoices and send originals to HGS FUNDING.
  3. We verify the invoice with your client or general contractor
  4. We advance you up to 75% of the invoice (Installment #1). Sometimes, the advance is as high as 85%
  5. You get immediate funds to meet business expenses. We wait to get paid.
  6. Once we get paid by your client, we rebate you the remaining 25% (Installment #2), less a small fee

Construction factoring is easy to obtain, as opposed to most bank financing programs. The biggest requirements are that:

  1. You do business with reputable GC’s or customers
  2. You run a good and growing business
  3. You don’t have a performance bond for the invoices you wish to factor with us
